Welcome Cassie Caleo, our new Associate Director

The Baltimore Tree Trust would like to welcome Cassie Caleo as our new Associate Director. Cassie earned a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has spent the past two years as a Landscape Designer with a multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in pedestrian and bicycle transportation. 

Her experience as a designer encompasses a wide range of scales and project types, including trail and streetscape design, site design, master plans and community engagement. Cassie’s diverse background and true passion to make Baltimore a healthier city through its tree canopy, makes her a great addition to  the Baltimore Tree Trust.

 

Trees Are Coming to Ellwood Park in 2015!

The Baltimore Tree Trust has launched its spring 2015 tree planting, with 52 new trees in the park in Ellwood Park! This has kicked off the greening up of this Harris Creek watershed community,  our third Trees for Public Health neighborhood.
