Adopt a Tree: Green & Clean Bucket Project

Adopt a Tree and Participate in our GREEN & CLEAN Restoration and Outreach Project

If you live in Ellwood Park or Milton-Montford neighborhood you may be eligible for our Green & Clean project!!!

What does "Adopt a Tree" mean?

The Baltimore Tree Trust is working hard to plant trees in YOUR neighborhood. We are asking for your help to keep our city's streets GREENCLEAN and BEAUTIFUL. By pledging to adopt the tree we have planted for you in your neighborhood you will be committing to taking care of that tree. Your commitment means you will water the tree and pick up trash from the tree pit daily. We will provide you with a 5 gallon bucket, sponsored by the Chesapeake Bay Trust, to complete daily watering and trash pick up around YOUR tree.

A Little Background for the Big Picture....

T-Shirt-backOur organization's efforts are focused within the Harris Creek Watershed. We are currently working in Ellwood Park to remove impervious surfaces and plant more trees. Our mission is to reduce stormwater runoff and GREEN & CLEAN the streets in your neighborhood so we can all live in a healthier and more beautiful city but we need YOUR help! Adopt a tree and help us move one neighborhood closer towards a greener and more sustainable Baltimore.
