It takes all of us to grow baltimore CITY's urban forest.
At the Baltimore Tree Trust, we are always looking to build relationships with local organizations and companies interested in extending a helping hand with our plantings. Whether you are part of a small team or a large company, we would love to learn more about how we can work together to meet your volunteering interests.
A typical volunteer event lasts around 3-4 hours, and is usually completed on a weekday or weekend morning in the spring or fall season. Our volunteering days aim to educate individuals on the importance of the urban tree canopy while offering local companies a meaningful and fun team-building opportunity.
Our experienced staff will be on hand to explain the tree-planting process and detail the history and benefits of Baltimore City’s trees. We will then lead your team in a tree-planting that highlights the role each of us plays in restoring and protecting our urban forest.
